6 Week Body Transformation Challenge

When I was growing up, I was this tiny child whose mother wished she could force feed on cooking oil to bloat me up. I was as tiny as tiny can be and remained that way until I completed my high school. Body changes in adolescent stage did not have much effect on me either and neither did anything I ate make any difference. I ate massively but I weighed only 6-stone. Of course I was too small to know anything about a 6 Week Body Transformation program  or even whether it was in existence.

It was time for me to go to University and this is when I realized that I was way far below the normal weight of most of my fellow students. I got bouts of depression thinking and wondering why I weighed so little and why I was not curvy like any other student. I then sunk to beige and secret eating and I ate endlessly. I simply ate any edible thing regardless of its nutritional level or its lack thereof.

At the end of my first year in University, I had already put on so much weight that my usual flexible body was now a mass of fatty deposit and my energy levels had started going downhill and I begun to feel awful about myself and how I looked. People commented on how quickly I piled on the weight and I begun to feel conscious and aware of my new looks that seemed to have changed not for better but for worse. The most astonishing thing was, I was now completely unable to control my eating habits and the more I became aware of my looks, the more I consumed unhealthy foods.

On my second year, I reasoned that I had to do all it takes to improve my looks and my weight and I started doing some research on the quickest ways to resolve my problems. It was then when I finally came across the body transformations at Dangerously Fit. I indulged to understand the concept and prompted my mind to adhere to the one that I felt was more suitable. None of the programs promised easy ways to achieve my desired weight and fabulous body and they all called for sheer hard work and determination both mentally and physically. I knew I had to be positive and work really hard on the 6 Week Body Transformation Challenge.
